Whenever possible, parcels are sized to fit through your letterbox, so you don’t have to wait in. If the item is too large, and you’ve set a designated safe place, we’ll make sure it’s left there securely.
Do you need to it sent to your workplace or a family member? You can send your order to any UK address, with no extra charges or complicated steps.
Please note that some items, such as controlled drugs or refrigerated medicines, require a signature on delivery. In those cases, Royal Mail will leave a card if you’re not in.
