How to make the switch
Choose a trusted online pharmacy

Nominate your new pharmacy
When you register, the online pharmacy will ask for your details (name, date of birth, NHS number if you know it, and your GP surgery). They’ll then set themselves up as your “nominated pharmacy” on the NHS system.
Tell your GP (if needed)
In most cases, you don’t even have to contact your GP, the online pharmacy will handle this for you. Your GP will then send your prescriptions electronically straight to your chosen pharmacy.
